You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gamehq will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. 4.1 Deposits. gamehq accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your gamehq account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. gamehq targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts, though actual transfer times depend on the payment provider. gamehq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the gamehq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gamehq does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamehq Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gamehq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
gamehq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gamehq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. gamehq is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
gamehq collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
gamehq complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law.
gamehq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gamehq Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with gamehq informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. gamehq will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
Disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
